The Westside Minor Hocke Association welcomes registration from new and returning players for the 2010/2011 season.

Open Registration is for new players to the association and any vacant spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. No registration will be accepted without completed documents/payment.
Please download ALL required forms and complete in full. Please download the appropriate forms and mail (address noted on forms) or drop off at the Westside Minor Hockey Office. Hours are Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 4:30p.m.. All NEW registrations should include the following:
1. Completed application.
2. Completed & signed Player/Parent contracts.
3. Payment.
4. Player Movement Application Form (IF APPLICABLE) - For all Minor Hockey Players who are registering with a different Association other than the Association they were previously regsitered with, including: Move with Parent, Residential Waiver-Carded, Residential Waiver-Recreational, Residential Waiver-Waitlist. THERE WILL BE NO PARTICIPATION FOR Move with Parent, Residential Waiver-Recreational & Waitlist, UNTIL APPROVED BY OMAHA.

Simran Sahota Memorial Fund

"Ever since a young child Simran loved to play hockey. From the locker room shenanigans to the triumphs of winning a game, his passion for the game deepened. In his memory, the Simran Sahota Memorial Fund was created to help other kids enjoy and take part in their own Hockey experiences."
